When the act of writing thoughts down takes place, there are motives behind one’s transposition of his or her thoughts from brain to paper. Whether those motives be for work, pleasure, or somewhere in between, there are most likely motives behind writing. The idea that writing can save a person is a little bit of a stretch, but when I applied myself to the thought, I found out that I agree. Writing is an expression of one’s inner thoughts, and being a quiet person myself, I understand how beneficial writing is. When I personally write, I get the most out of what I write when they convey what thoughts are running wild in my head. I’m not depressed or anything, but I understand how one with depression would benefit from putting his or her inner thoughts on paper. That’s my post from last week. Sorry I just now posted it, Mrs. T.
